Among the steps announced by BC's public car insurer included waiving of cancellation fee and re-plating fees, allow fleet vehicle customers to suspend their insurance, and confirming customers can use their vehicles to help deliver food or medical products or services without changing their insurance or paying a higher premium. This is along with previously announced steps including allowing customers to defer payments for up to 90 days without penalties, and establishing transactions by phone or email.
